Delivery and Returns
1. Ordering
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include details about the products, prices, billing information, and delivery address.
If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, please contact me immediately at mirellapitkanenart@gmail.com.
1.2 Delivery
Normal delivery times are between 5–30 days, depending on your location and the products ordered.
Prints and cards are packed within 6 working days.
Ornaments, paintings, and Dala horses are packed within 10 working days.
If a delay occurs (without prior notice of a longer delivery time), please contact me at mirellapitkanenart@gmail.com.
1.3 Shipping
All orders qualify for free shipping with Postnord logistics.
All orders above $50 / €50 qualify for free tracked shipping via PostNord Logistics or UPS.
Please make sure to include your phone number and email address at checkout so tracking details can be provided smoothly.
For orders below the minimum amount, tracking can be added for an additional fee.
Some products already include tracked shipping in the price—please check the individual product description for details.

2. Return & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a return or exchange, send an email to mirellapitkanenart@gmail.com including your order number, name, email address, shipping address, and your request. I will get back to you shortly.
3. Damaged Goods
If the Products you receive arrive damaged, please notify me by sending an email to mirellapitkanenart@gmail.com.
Your email should include:
a photo of the damaged product(s),
your full name,
order number,
and your request (replacement or refund).
You are entitled to receive either replacement Products or a refund for the damaged goods.
3.1 Complaints
All products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if a product is damaged or incorrectly shipped, I will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, rectify the issue free of charge.
You must always contact me for approval before returning a defective product. Complaints must be made immediately after the defect has been discovered.
3.2 Complaint Procedure
Any defects must be reported by email to mirellapitkanenart@gmail.com, including:
your name,
address,
email address,
order number,
and a description of the defect.
If I cannot rectify the defect or provide a replacement, I will issue a refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
I am responsible for return shipping on approved complaints. However, I reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product is found not to be defective under applicable legislation.
4. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
I am also not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond my control (Force Majeure). Examples include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced/no deliveries from suppliers.
5. Product Information
I do not guarantee that product images reflect the exact appearance of the items. Slight variations in color may occur depending on screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. However, I always do my best to present the products as accurately as possible.
